Virginia, I haven't heard from you, so I assume you either want to maintain a certain privacy (email) or you are not seriously interested in doing anything. I am going to assume the former. I don't know your lifestyle, or characteristics, but if you follow the typical American (US) diet, you are not alone in becoming prediabetic. It is an epidemic in the US.

If I had ONE thing that I would recommend you do (or rather take), try INTRAMAX! Other than changing your diet for better foods of course, this is the ONE supplement that everyone should be on! I have been doing research on vitamins and supplements for years... and this is the best! My wife and I have been on it for over a year now and WOW... what a difference getting the missing nutrients makes! I could give you a glowing report about this supplement (vitamins, minerals, enzymes, probiotics, bio-nutrients, etc.) but it is better to research it for yourself! Everyone I have recommended it too (that has tried it) has had GREAT results in as little as 1-2 months (hair growth, nail growth, weight loss, more energy, etc.). Throw away (or at least stop taking any cheaper "daily's") other supplements... because INTRAMAX probably already has it (in a 98% bioavailable form!). Over 400 nutrients in a fairly good tasting liquid. Quite expensive, but well worth it!

I could recommend a couple of other things too, but it all depends on how far you are willing to go... and unfortunately, spend! Taking INTRAMAX alone will help you start losing weight. Secondly, if you can make the change... start taking the whole food mix (powder) from either Dr. Schulze or DayStar botanicals. We prefer the latter due to taste. We also take the DayStar Fruit whole food blend. We make morning fruit smoothies with a tablespoon each of the Vegetable whole food mix and fruit one (for two people). Mixing in a banana, frozen peaches, strawberries, and the whole food powders (you can get real creative) makes a filling and VERY nutritious breakfast drink. However, you better get used to the color green... LOL!

The key of course is to avoid certain foods too, such as anything with High Fructose Corn syrup, artificial sugars (of ANY type), MSG, Chlorinated water, Saturated Oils (use Olive, Walnut, Sunflower, and virgin Coconut oil for all your major cooking needs), bleached enriched flour, and a host of other nasties (say goodbye to all those snack sweets). The list is nearly endless.

Again, common sense reigns. The other (and last) item I will recommend is doing a colon cleanse. I know it has been all over the "net" lately, but it really IS the first thing you should do before going too wild on a dietary change. I recommend the Oxypowder from Dr. Group due to it's gentle and dissolving nature (rather than the roughage and muscular contraction method) for the first cleanse. After that, Dr. Schulze's concoction is probably the next best. Both are easy to do and avoid a lot of hype. Dr. Group has an excellent book that I recommend reading... 'Health begins in the Colon'. Be sure to get friendly bacteria to supplement with ANY colon cleanse.

Virginia, I am sorry about the lengthy response, but I did not want you to think I was ignoring you. You can easily reverse the trend before you become a type II at this point. I will be happy to share more information with you in the future if you wish.

Happy blessings and good health!

Virginia, (sorry about mispelling your name the first time) you are at a crucial point... and a good one as far as diabetes is concerned. Typically you can reverse the trend with some simple lifestyle changes and a few supplements at this stage. The first step (and most crucial at this point) is of course... losing some weight. This is especially true around the midsection.

For some reason, being overweight in this region seems to bring about diabetic symptoms faster.

Virginia, would you mind sending me your email address so that I can forward you some information that I might have? I will forward a copy of the emails that are in response to this question or similar. I can also supply a few links that might help. This process is actually fairly easy, but you must be willing to make some changes. Hard for some, easy for others. Mostly just taking better care of yourself in a holistic way.

Anyway, if you can forward me your email address, I will try and assist in any way I can.

Sincerest wishes,

Chris K.

Virgina, sorry about the delay in responding to you, I have been out of town on vacation for a little over a week. What kind of numbers are you referring to? If you are the typical type II diabetic (or prediabetic), you probably have the usual things, elevated blood pressure, higher than normal cholesterol, and of course, a high blood sugar count after most meals. If you are prediabetic, you can still reverse these things fairly quickly (3-6 months typically) by making dietary changes and taking a few other supplements.

Before I say too much, give me a few more details so that I can taylor a better response.

Sincere regards,

Chris K.
