Hi Michael. Good to hear from you! I have sent the same answer out to many people now, and the email response keeps getting bigger. I would like to send you the more personal version in an email if possible (if you don't mind sharing it with me). Otherwise, it you check under the member TABU, you will see my initial response to the same question. Most prefer the email because I have included other details and research we have since done. Plus, it saves me from typing it over again.
