Hi everyone. So nice to find this network and meet others with the same interest in natural health. I have experienced wonderful health and lost weight since becoming vegetarian and doing my own juicing, plus avoiding white flour, white sugar, white salt, processed foods. Combining that with walking everyday has improved my whole feeling of wellbeing. I have avoided having surgery that a doctor suggested I should have after suffering for a year. A natural healing oil was also used which helped healing and I haven't had any problems since and no longer need the oil. It has been 3 years now and there is no going back to the standard diet. I encourage everyone to make the lifestyle changes - it is very rewarding!!!!
