Hi Chris - this might sound a little off topic but I assurer you this works well for me and other folks I've shared this tip with - about an hour after a big meal I simply eat a Gala Apple this works and I do not suffer any more from indigestion problems - even if I forget and I get that awful feeling of acid I eat a Gala Apple its sorts my stomach out just great hopefully it will for you try it - remember that saying - an Apple a Day blah blah blah -
