O. Virginia McAfee said… - Diagnosed as prediabetes. No numbers available but the doctor keeps saying you have to get your numbers down. No recommendations for doing so other than going on a weight loss diet. I believe in using natural supplements to take of health problems but do not know where to start. Would like some advise for reversing this in addition to diet advise. Thanks ovmack
