Hi,
I am Nancy. I have been diagnosed diabetes II for about 7 years now and have been taking 24 hour Levomir. I would like to take control of my eating habits and reverse my diabetes. I will be checking out your forum here for help.

Hello,

have recently had a high glucouse reading on my lab work....214.

I have been testing on a regular basis trying to bring the numbers into the normal range by changing my diet.

I don't want to go on meds and I am doing as much research as I can. So I am here to gain knowledge.

Hi, left a couple of comments regarding the Diabetes report under my profile. Nothing too bad, just a couple of adds to consider.

My 90 year old grandmother has been diabetic for 25 years (type 2). We have had her on a product sold in Canada for 1 year... including a couple of other products. She has remarkably improved (normalized blood surgar levels, lower blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.) over the last 6 months (very unusual for a 90 year old woman in decline). She has been removed from her cholestorol medications (mostly statens), reduced blood pressure and diabetic medications. We are working with her doctors in eliminating them completely. It has been truly amazing to see such an improvement in her health once alternatives were examined.

If anyone would like more information on what we have done (regarding the supplements, products, etc.), then drop me a note and I will provide you any info I have.

This is great in just 5 days no more METFORMIN for me. I've
got lots of energy and blood sugar counts are dropping. :)

Hi Sam,

My mum has type 11 and considering I nearly lost her last year because the doctor did not pick up her diabetes, she has come a very long way since then and she is working very hard to beat and reverse her diabetes. I am very confident that she will succeed. Sam just make sure you exercise on a regular basis and eat a small meal every couple of hours. Just a little tip (not sure if you know this) but my mum sprinkles ground cinnamon on her cereal every morning - cinnamon actually builds insulin.

I am taking "ACTION THIS DAY" to reduce my blood sugar level and reverse my Type II diabetes. Any help would be appreciated.
