Definitely add a minimum 100 mg per day of Coenzyme Q10. After several weeks you should see a decrease in BP. I have been tracking my bp for 3 years and am nearly off meds.
Walking does help. Keep it up. Also, I use B6, B12 and Folic Acid every day. If you are taking statins by any chance you MUST take Q10 and then make every effort to get off that stuff.
