ravaged by herpes

I have the report on 72 hours Remedy. I recently broke out in huge cold sores ( I have had the herpes viruses for many years), I have been doing everything possible - eating the right foods, avoiding the bad foods, taking super lysine +, selenium, oregano oil, multivitamin, aloe juice, h-balm on sores and soles of my feet, lemon balm & green tea, vit.c with bioflavonoids, echinacea, drinking plenty of water, lavender oil aromatherapy, trying to take things slow and de-stress, but nothing has slowed down the sores - they itch and bubble and are painful still with severe headaches & chills. It also seems the more I try to be healthy, the more virulent the herpes becomes. It is discouraging.
