no sooner did I post about lysine....

I have been doing the preventative supplements daily for quite a while now. Regardless I am breaking out again. The past few days have been very stressful and then getting a killer debilitating headache, feverish, very tense, just added to my stress because I have so much I need to deal with. Didn't realise until tonight that it was the virus acting up again. I will try to de-stress but I have some very important obligations right now, I have to be on my toes......starting the breakout supplements anyway..
