Thanks Anna. I don't really think my toothpaste is a culprit though, I brush with Hulda Clark's oregano tooth powder. I wouldn't want to switch my toothbrush every day, maybe I could just pour some H2O2 on it each day? I am surprised that though the sores seem mostly gone, they still tingle & itch off & on, so I am continuing my 'breakout phase' supplements for now.

Have you thought about switching toothbrush and toothpaste, Julie? This might help to turn the virus dormant since it might be revisiting your mouth every time you brush.

Today the sores are almost gone. I am working on putting together my daily supplement program. The guide is very helpful indicating what to take for prevention/maintenance. I do have 2 questions though.

1. It recommends ginseng, but it doesn't indicate what type or how much?

2. For B-complex, I take nutritional yeast which includes most, if not all, the B vitamins. Is this adequate, is that equivalent to B-complex?

Well, it's been 8 days now since this breakout started. I am continuing the supplements and good food program. The sores seem to be healing but still itch like the devil. I have been taking (internally) the one drop of oregano oil every day - I think the guide said that after one week of the oregano oil, the virus would be gone or something - after 8 days I really don't see that the oregano oil even helps.
