Hi,
I'm Nancy. I have a friend whom I recently found out has fibromyalgia. I didn't know the syndrome so I searched the internet for information. I cried as I read about the symptoms my friend is going through as she just recently and now is having a flareup of CFS/Fibromyalgia. Between the two of us we have found a lot of hints and tidbits that she is beginning to incorporate into her wellness plan. I am interested in reading what you all have to say here. I will be inviting my friend to this forum too.
