Acid Reflux
Just wondering how many people have found success with this program information and what worked best for them. I only found this a couple days ago and need quick relief. Not sure where to start. Using honey and apples the past couple days but don't see ANY difference at all. What to do?

Hello
I need help. This is my fourth day with the honey and vinegar, plus the apple. I've been on an antacid pill for years. I really wanted to give it up. Not sure this is going to work. Today is my worst day. I actually vomited with heartburn. Each day I had a little heartburn but it would go away before it was real bad. Not today. I had to swallow a swig of mylanta. Has this happend to anyone else?
