Hello
I need help. This is my fourth day with the honey and vinegar, plus the apple. I've been on an antacid pill for years. I really wanted to give it up. Not sure this is going to work. Today is my worst day. I actually vomited with heartburn. Each day I had a little heartburn but it would go away before it was real bad. Not today. I had to swallow a swig of mylanta. Has this happend to anyone else?

The only thing that has really worked for me is the aloe vera juice. Not many of the natural remedies have worked for me. Don't really know what to do. If you are reading this PLEASE come to my profile and read my story. I've been through hell and back with my GERD/Acid Reflux. PLEASE reach out to me and share your story. I really need a friend that is going through something similar. THANKS!!
