Hello All,

I received an email today ":The Kitchen Cure For Acid Reflux" and purchased the Heartburn and Reflux Remedy Report. I recently found out that I have Acid Reflux and a hiatal hernia so I'm ready for the Remedy Pledge. Looking forward to reversing this process the natural way without the pharmaceutical no cure way. Thanks for the Report materials., I am eager to embrace the cure and will report back on the positive results as they occur.

I purchased the acid reflux ebook and have changed my diet and it does seem to help. I think I already damaged my esophagus though because I ate some toast for lunch and my pain instantly came back. Can anyone recommend something that can heal the esophagus.

I purchased the acid reflux e-book & have tried all 3 items it has been 4 days & still no relief (i have a hiatal hernia & gastritis). I have read honey is a acid causing food, I thought acid was part of the problem in gastritis. Any other suggestions would be appreciated!
