Natural Healing
I think it is more important than ever to look towards natural healing. I recently burnt my arm on the stove top and I was sure that it would scar permanently, until I remembered my trusty Aloe Vera Plant. I took a cutting, washed and cut the leaf in half, I then placed it over my burn, cut side down and wrapped my arm with a bandage. I felt instant relief, the next morning I was amazed at how it had healed my burn. A great source of information on Aloe Vera and tons of other great techniques can be found at www.vitalitybliss.com. I have an aloe vera plant too just for burns. Of course if the burn wasn't superficial or was more severe, I would go to the hospital as it could get infected and cause further damage. Aloe vera also works well for sunburns. It's easier to buy a bottle of aloe vera gel for sunburns rather than use a plant as you would need a lot of plants to cover all your sunburn.

The natural aloe vera plant cured my asthma. It is a good toxin remover from our bodies. Asthma is just the over production of phlegm which blocks the windpipe and causes the difficulty in breathing. I take the aloe vera in raw form and this has given me relief from asthma.
