Greetings to all! My name is Noel and I'm from Manila,Philippines. It is my honor to join this community of natural health. In my country which is a 3rd world, natural health should be supported. With the high cost of drugs and hospitalization, people cannot afford on this expensive remedies.
I hope, with my little help, I could contribute to my fellow filipinos the new ideas on how to put remedy on their respective health concerns the natural way.

Hi Noel, I was born in the Philippines too.. I came to Canada some 40 years ago to try and change my luck..Only been back to our country for a visit twice since then..I have a very poor health and because of that I have to retire a bit early....I am diabetic,high blood pressure,have a bad heart too....have allergies and high uric acid in my blood that causes bad gout problem.... some luck I've got ha !......I've been sick for a while now...but as soon as I am better and stronger.., I wanted to come home to stay for a bit...I found out ,through research, that some natural food that is plentyful in my own country can cure me...and make me healthy again....looking forward to coming home to the Philippines and enjoying all our fruits and vegetables that I miss so much....and will make me healthier......

Hello all. My name is Mary and I just received the Cure Your Gout report. Although dr said I have Palindromic Rheumatism, I believe it started with gout. Also, after a round of Levaquinn a year ago April I have ligament problems, suffered anxiety attacks while in the hospital. Couldn't breath AT ALL if I even sat on the bed!! I actually slept on the potty chair for 4 days. Never had an anxiety/panic attack before that. Luckily haven't had one since either. But since then I've been told that I have COPD/emphysema, my heart is enlarged and that it's not enlarged.....that I am prediabetic and they want me to take metformin but I refuse to because of the side effects one of which is trouble breathing. Just what anyone with attacks of bronchitis and COPD needs right??? So I'm interested in a lot of different areas and totally fed up with the medical establishment who only knows how to push pills.

My name is Liz. I was recently diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism. I am seeking a natural approach in order to try and heal my thyroid and get it functioning properly again. I found this site while searching the internet for natural remedies or alternatives, so I am here to gain knowledge. Any suggestions or advice anyone has is greatly appreciated.

Hi . . . I have just joined your network to search for more natural ways to deal with Type 2 diabeties. . . I have been taking
perscription meds for about 5 years and trying to stay on track. . . I am finding Stress throws my whole system out of wack
and I am struggling with finding things that will add to my overall health in the future. . . Thanks Tina
